Zumba Fitness is a fun workout for everybody with every body... Sweat it out with a mix of low, medium and high intensity moves for a calorie-burning workout set to rhythms from all over the world.
Zumba makes the most of your workout with cardio, toning, balance & flexibility all in one. It has even been shown to boost your energy. You don't need be "coordinated" to enjoy this class! Whether you are just getting into exercise or looking for something to add into your weekly regime, Zumba is a great fit for all.
Zumba Fitness classes are taught by Zumba Licensed Instructors, Annie Lee and Arlene Williams. Every instructor adds their own flare and fun to each class, so check them all out!
Don't Forget
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, a water bottle, sweat towel, bring a friend and be ready to sweat!

SCULPT & TONE FITNESS
Weights, Movement
& Music
Class Information
This class will include weights and music to keep the heart rate up while toning the whole body. Participants have the choice of using 1-5 lb. weights to personalize their workout. All routines can and may be modified.
Join us to tone from head to toe with this total body workout!
Sculpt & Tone Fitness classes are taught by Annie Lee.
Don't Forget
Be sure to bring a water bottle and sweat towel. We will provide hand weights and a mat, but you are welcome to bring your own. Wear comfortable, athletic shoes and clothing you can move in.
Gravity YOGA

& Flexibility

Class Information
Gravity Yoga is an all-levels class. In these one-hour sessions, students will be led through foundational yoga poses, building strength and flexibility through repetition.
Modifications will be offered if needed.
All yoga classes taught by Esther Thomas.

Power Yoga
(formally PiYo)
Class Information
Power Yoga is a 60-minute class that combines the mind/body practice of Yoga as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout.

Class Information
Silver * Fit & Fabulous is an active aging fitness class designed for those wanting to work on their range of motion, core balance and stability.
This class also focuses on weight training and flexibility training using resistance bands, small fitness balls and weights.
This class is taught by Arlene Williams.

Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
Zumba Gold is taught by Arlene Williams.
